Coyote Blue uses traditional acoustic instruments to create unique, good time music that blends the varied jazz, bluegrass, classical, ballad, and rock genres and styles each of the four Coyotes brings to the party. We've all played for years, done more than a good bit of lots of different kinds of music, and simply wanted to see if we could work our experience and talents into something new and different that our audiences— and us— might simply have some fun with and do some good-timin' to.

The results are coming together in what we have come to think of as 'California Swang' — something of an easy-goin' cross between swing and twang. And our growing Friends of Coyote Blue list of supporters suggests that we're doing something right.
